Administration
Authorized users can utilize GoAnywhere Services™ web-based
Administrator to perform remote configuration and monitoring within the
product. This AJAX-enabled interface is intuitive and functional, complete with on-line help text. All popular browsers are supported including Microsoft Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari and Google Chrome.
The initial GoAnywhere Services™ screen is a icon-driven Dashboard, providing quick links to commonly used components within the product. Vital system statistics are also shown on this screen through graphical charts.

The following components are available within the Administrator:
- Define global settings for GoAnywhere Services
- Configure the properties for the FTP, SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS services
- Filter connections by defining IP blacklists and whitelists
- Define administrative users, user groups and their permissions
- Define trading partner accounts (web users)
- Authorize services (e.g. FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) to individual web users and groups
- Restrict web users to certain directories
- Grant permissions (upload, download, delete, rename, etc.) to individual web users and groups
- Create and manage event triggers and their actions
- Create and manage SSL certificates and SSH keys
- View audit logs using a variety of criteria (e.g. web user id, date, time, status, file name, remote IP address, event, etc.). Optionally export those logs.
GoAnywhere Services can be installed onto Windows, Linux, IBM System i, IBM System p (AIX), IBM System z (Mainframe), UNIX, HP-UX, Mac OS and Solaris platforms. System i is also referred to as iSeries, as400, as/400 and i5.
