Execution

Projects can be executed using a variety of methods in GoAnywhere Director.

Within GoAnywhere Director's browser-based Administrator, authorized users can execute Projects immediately with a click of the mouse. Projects can be scheduled to run at future dates and times using GoAnywhere Director's built-in Scheduler. Projects can also be executed when a file monitor detects a new, modified or deleted file in a targeted folder.

Projects can also be called from local and remote command lines, scripts, programs and schedulers using the provided RUNPROJECT command and program APIs.

Run Project

GoAnywhere Director can be installed onto Windows, Linux, IBM i, AIX (pSeries), UNIX, HP-UX, Mac OS and Solaris platforms. IBM i is also referred to as System i, iSeries, as400, as/400 and i5.
