Where is CFGGA?

I am on 3.0.0. I am trying to upgrade to 3.1.1. I am following the instructions at

I am stuck on the "How do I run GoAnywhere on JAVA 1.6?". It says to run CFGGA. This does not exist anywhere on my system. It is not that I don't have authority to it. A user with *ALLOBJ cannot find it by using WRKOBJ *ALL/CFGGA. I am wondering if I need to upgrade to 3.1.0 first to get that command and then upgrade to 3.1.1. What say ye?

When you install GoAnywhere Services, the configuration command for that is CFGGAS.
The configuration command for GoAnywhere Director is CFGGA.
