Retrieve E-mail Task?

I'd like to use the Retrieve E-mail Task in a project that will periodically poll an email box and retrieve only NEW messages. If a message has already been processed by GoAnywhere I don't want it to be processed again but I also don't want to delete the original message from the email box. Is this possible? Is there anyway to specify that I only want to retrieve unprocessed messages?

If not, is there a way for me to have GoAnywhere move/send the processed email to another email box so that it doesn't get processed again when the box is polled the next time?
