Active directory groups

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any way to use active directory groups instead of adding individual users for logon? If not, is it possible to get it added / is it planned? As it would make user provision and auditing of access easier along with reducing access requirements of systems for support / helpdesk when users are to be provisioned, as user provisioning would be within active directory and not within director (or services).
